Europroduct Group and nicefurniture.co.uk have endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products made by the relevant manufacturer.
We provide nicefurniture.co.uk on an as available" basis and makes no promise that use of these websites will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
Europroduct Group and nicefurniture.co.uk will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
Please note that not all products sold on nicefurniture.co.uk may be suitable for use outside of the UK. If you access either website from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If Europroduct Group or nicefurniture.co.uk does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at nicefurniture.co.uk option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and product-direct.co.uk luxurygaming.co.uk and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.
Use of the Europroduct Groups websites and these Terms are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time
We reserve the right to refuse to accept or process an order:
(a) If goods are not in stock;
(b) As a result of payment authorisation issues;
(c) Due to any errors on pricing or description of the goods
(d)If you fail to agree to the terms and conditions in this document.
Our normal delivery cycle is to deliver to UK mainland addresses within two to three weeks of order placed and fully paid for.
Delivery costs on the website are for UK mainland locations only. For any other locations please obtain a quotation. This includes Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands etc.
Deliveries are shipped using UK couriers and customer insurance is not included as standard
Prices quoted on the website nicefurniture.co.uk include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We however do reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Delivery charges quoted are for UK mainland locations only and do not include insurance.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
To cancel your order:
1/ Please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the despatch of goods
2/ Goods can be returned for manufacturing or delivery damage issues only and the request for this must be received by us within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
3/ Any damaged packaging must be signed for as damaged or rejected. Please take digital photos of any damage to packaging or goods and email to us within 24hrs of receipt.
4/ Upon satisfactory and timely evidence of damage to goods arrangments will be made to replace the item and collect the damaged one.
5/ If cancellation is requested for any other reason and the goods are in as new condition and are unused then return costs will be bourne by you.
6/ Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 10 days if all criteria have been met in reference to "as new".
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Returns, Damages, Defective Items, Refunds and Cancellations
We accept returns for transit damage, providing that the delivery was carried out on our delivery partners vehicle and that we are informed within 7 days of the delivery via the returns form. Any manufacture or product quality issues can be returned providing we are notified with 30 days via the returns form' and that we accept the issue as being a valid quality issue. Any item being returned must be back to us no later than 30 days of the date the 'Returns Authorisation Number' was issued. Any item returned after 30 days will be rejected.
Because we are confident in the quality of our pieces and the representation of our products in the advertisements, the carriage costs relating to the return will be at your expense.
All return items must reselleable in 'as new' condition, therefore they must be in the original wrappings and unused and unassembled (if applicable). Please ensure that the person unwrapping the item is very careful to keep the packaging intact. This is also essential in preventing the item being damaged on its return. We regret that under no circumstances can we accept returns that do no have their original packaging.
In the event of order cancellation - If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract, and we have not processed the goods for delivery, we will credit your account for the goods in question including the delivery and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation being accepted by us.
Nearly all damage occurs during transit. Please ensure that prior to signing, you (or your customer) check that the packaging is intact. We are unable to accept claims for damages where the item has been signed for as ‘packaging intact’.
Damages will be replaced free of charge, providing that you inform us via Email within 7 days of the item being delivered.
All damage claims must be supported by evidence in the form of digital photographs which you should email to us.
In the highly unlikely event that an item is defective, you must inform us by Email within 30 days.

We will inspect the item to verify that the item is defective and if it is you will be credited for the full value of that item, including carriage.
Taking into account the varying individual conditions to which the furniture could be subject once delivered, under no circumstances will we replace or refund items once 30 days has elapsed since delivery.
Where an item has been returned using our 7 day return policy, a refund will be issued . Delivery charges incurred do not get credited.
We reserver the right to decide on whether an item is defective or not.
All orders must be cancelled in writing via email. Please send cancellations to email@example.com Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch. Once the item has left the building the full delivery and return costs will be incurred.
E.FURNITURE DESIGNS AND CHARACTERISTICS
By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging the following:
That on occasion, we may alter the designs or sizes of pieces slightly. We cannot accept these as faults but you can return the item with all original carriage charges and collections costs being at the buyer’s expense. If the item is for a specific purpose please be sure to email ahead before ordering to check that there are no specific changes that could affect its material usage.
The majority of our furniture is hand crafted, and as a consequence, all sizes are offered as a guide only. We reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice.It is virtually impossible to accurately portray the actual colour of natural wood products or upholstery fabric in a web picture, due to differing screen resolutions, and natural variations from batch to batch.
With regards to our wood furniture, we endeavour to give the best portrayal of colour, but we cannot accept colour or shade differences as evidence of defects. As a general rule, dark items look lighter in reality, and light items look darker in reality. A close match is more likely if two or more items are purchased at the same time because they will come from the same batch. In terms of upholstery fabric, we highly recommend that you contact us to obtain a sample prior to purchasing if an exact colour match is required. If you wish to return an item because of a shade difference or any other reason, we are willing to offer a refund as long as we are informed within 7 days. However, original carriage charges and collection costs will be at the Business Partner’s expense, and the returned item must be resellable as 'brand new
